NEW AGE DETERMINATION DATES

Little League Baseball is transition the age qualifications to standard calendar year. This will become effective in 2018. They have decided to implement the new age qualifications starting in 2015 for ages 9 and below. Basically what this mean is any baseball player who will be 9 years old in 2015 will be considered 9 years old. Prior to this, if you turned 9 years old after April 30th, you would be considered at baseball 8 year old.
